Christmas questions
Do you deliver on Christmas Day?
No. Our last delivery day is Thursday 24 December, and we’re closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, so grazing boxes and seafood for Christmas lunch come on Christmas Eve.
Will seafood delivered on Christmas Eve keep until lunch?
Yes, kept in the fridge. It’s delivered fresh and well chilled. Put it straight in the fridge, and once it’s out, enjoy it within 2 hours.
Can I order now for a date in December?
Yes, and it’s the best way to get the day you want. Choose your delivery date when you order; days fill up quickly before Christmas.
Can you do dietary needs?
Yes: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and kids. For a food allergy, please tell us before you order (see how we handle allergies).
Can I send it to someone else?
Of course. Tick “It’s a gift” at checkout and add their name, and add a card message. Prices never go in the box.
